Yvette McDonald is the Founder of JustBe. From her own life experience which is very similar to many other women, being a wife, a mother, a friend, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a career woman and a home maker, she has found that sometimes she needed time to just relax and be Yvette. In many conversations with her friends, work colleagues, acquaintances, she realised that she was not unique in wanting more from her life and more for herself.
Most women have a great capacity to be nurturers and most times end up being all things to all people but will often leave very little time for themselves.
Yvette desires that women's lives are enhanced particularly their personal well being as that will enable them to be better people and will have more to contribute to their families, friends and even in their careers.
