Alison Peat
Alison works as an Assistant Practice Manager in a General Practice. Working
for the NHS has highlighted many issues concerning women's health. Although
she is by no means a trained clinician, she is always keen for women to be
aware of their bodies and changes they will inevitably go through.
Alison also works voluntary as a children's church teacher to 6-10 year
olds. She enjoys the challenges that this job brings and sees each child as
being unique and gifted in so many ways. Through JustBeKidz she hopes to
encourage children to be thoughtful and considerate through simple
statements and fun games.
As adults, we know the most ethically and morally correct actions are not
always the easiest ones. So teaching kids, step by step, to make sound
choices starts them off on the right foot and hopefully our kids will become
the type of adults that can make tough choices.
